This place is not under construction, it is complete
I drove up the street to the industrial strip where Procter & Gamble has a few plants, and the Dekuyper place churns out flavored liqueurs. It’s a maze of skeletal buildings belching smoke and odd smells.
I realized this wasn’t a good place to capture a scene from my life.
It seemed contrived—a feeling that bleeds over into work sometimes.
When something seems like a project, with expectations, I think too hard. That’s usually why the first concept is the one I like best—all the variations that follow seem derivative.
This isn’t to say refinement doesn’t add value. In fact, dialog is the best part. Having too many options though seems to muddle conversation.
