If this week was a piece of clothing, it would be a flannel shirt that's too short in the arms with a few stray threads peeking out here and there.

Easy enough to roll up the sleeves and not look a fool, and comfortable in the cooling air.

What does this mean? I have no idea... but there's a nice ring to it and was easier to type than anything coherent.
